Master the technique. Build the base. Technical sessions focused on stance, footwork, and clean punch mechanics. Perfect for beginners and those refining their craft.

Compound Strength + Conditioning

Blending free-weight and high-performance cardio equipment. Progressive strength work paired with controlled conditioning to develop overall fitness and full-body capability.

Boxing 12 Rounds

High-energy boxing. Twelve structured rounds combining bag work, pad drills, and conditioning to build stamina and sharpness in a fun, high-pace environment.

The Compound HYBRID

Boxing x Strength & Conditioning. One complete session. Six rounds of boxing paired with structured strength work for the ultimate full-body workout.
